Parents-Teacher Meeting

Open meets are usually held on Second Saturdays, else as required. It is compulsory for parents to attend P.T. Meetings.

• What so ever the parents can meet the Principal on any working day between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.(summer) & 10:30. 11:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in (winter) to discuss any matter pertaining to their ward.


• Only Parents I Guardians recorded with us will be entertained.


• Parents/Guardians are requested to make use of this opportunity to meet the teachers and discuss the progress of their children. This will enable the teacher to understand the children better and consequently pay special attention to their needs. Tutors are not permitted to meet Principal/teacher


• These meetings are contact meetings because the school, teacher and parents are all involved in the education of the child. These are also occasions for the parents to let the teacher know that they do care for her/his effort and the progress of their child. They can always help the progress of the institution by way of suggestions, guidance and specially by their co-operation and collaboration.


• Parents/guardians are not permitted to walk into class rooms or interview teachers during class hours without express permission of the Principal.
